Are all watches sold on Gnomon Watches authentic?

Yes, we are authorized retailers for every brand we carry. Each timepiece is 100% authentic, brand new, and comes with the original manufacturer's warranty and packaging.

How long does international shipping take?

We offer express worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx. Most international orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn watches in their original condition with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?

Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Does my watch come with a warranty?

Every watch purchased from Gnomon Watches comes with a full international manufacturer's warranty. In addition, we offer an extended 180-day Gnomon warranty on top of the standard period.

Can I request a specific serial number or alignment check?

While we cannot always guarantee specific serial numbers, our team performs a rigorous quality control check on every watch to ensure bezel alignment and movement accuracy before shipping.
